On July 4th, our second educational seminar, hosted by HKCCA and COPC, was successfully delivered!

Building upon our previous seminar focused on Omnichannel strategies, this event delved into the effective and successful digitalization process using Gen AI. The discussion also covered the essential measurement and monitoring approaches to ensure the long-term effectiveness of AI deployments.
